When ready to serve, reheat the risotto over low heat until warmed through. Stir in the Parmesan cheese and parsley and serve immediately.
  • For a richer risotto, use heavy cream instead of chicken broth.
  • For a more flavorful risotto, add a splash of balsamic vinegar to the wine.
  • To make the risotto vegetarian, omit the bacon and use vegetable broth instead of chicken broth.
